Operating in El Salvador for more than 11 years, CREDICOMER is a financial institution that focuses on providing credit to micro, small and medium-sized companies (MSMEs) that are not being served by traditional banks.

In order to facilitate quick access to financial services to its more than 30,000 existing clients and to MSMEs that need support, CREDICOMER focused on the digitalization of services for a more agile and available access to everyone.

After evaluating the creation of an internal team and considering other competitors for the digitalization project, CREDICOMER chose Oracle Eloqua because it provides all cloud security certifications, it has a team that gives permanent support, and it also has plenty information and tools for the financial institution to learn from to make the most of the product.

The financial institution managed to increase the conversion rate by more than 250% through Oracle Eloqua because it allowed the integration of digital advertising campaigns, social networks, and mailing to follow up on each lead obtained. The tool provided detailed monitoring of user interaction with CREDICOMER campaigns.

Likewise, one of the biggest challenges was to consolidate a customer database. With Eloqua, CREDICOMER has managed to consolidate a database of more than 22,000 affiliates who currently receive information about the products through various channels. This tool has allowed the bank to access detailed data on the most relevant information for each customer, which translates into more personalized products.
